Order review begins after submission. Preparation time may be affected by product availability or the need to review payment and address details.

Shipping cost is calculated for the selected city and displayed before order confirmation. We do not assume a flat fee or name a courier unless that information is actually presented in the order journey.

If a city is unavailable in the address form, shipping cannot be completed to that location through the current checkout flow.

Any delivery timing shown is an estimate, not a guaranteed appointment. Delays may result from availability, operating volume, incomplete address details, or circumstances outside the storefront’s control.

Enter the recipient name, phone number, city, street, and access details accurately. Missing or incorrect information may delay delivery or prevent an order from being delivered.

Registered users can review order status in My Orders when updates are available. If you need help, use the Contact Us page and include the order number without sharing sensitive payment credentials.
